Before you place an order, we certify that the products on are official and authentic brands. They come with the brand guarantee.

1. How do I buy an item?

Nothing could be simpler!

  • When you have found an item you would like to buy: select it and click on the "Add to cart" button in each product description.
  • View the items placed in your cart by clicking on the "My Cart" link in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  • If you change your mind and no longer want a pre-selected item, click on the "Delete" link to remove it from your cart.
  • Important: read and agree to the terms and conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box and click on "Check out".
  • Then, sign in or create your account in order to add your details.
  • Make your payment.

2. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

3. What does registration involve?

By registering with, you can purchase pre-owned luxury goods, a selection of fashionable products in 4 categories : leather goods, accessories, watches and jewelry. Registration is free, with no obligation to buy.

4. Forgotten your password?

  • Click on "My account" then on "Forgot password". Enter your email address, click on "Retrieve". You will receive an email with your password in your email inbox.

5. How do I know if you have received my order and when the payment will be debited?

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
  • Your credit card is debited when the order is confirmed. If an item is not available, which happens very rarely, will contact you within 24 hours by email and will not invoice you for the missing item.

6. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All the items are in stock, unless "Sold" is displayed on the product description. The customer becomes the owner of the item as soon as he or she has made the payment.
Despite all the precautions we take, it may happen that the item ordered and paid for is no longer available. Please note that we record your purchase not when it is placed in the cart (when the product may appear as still being available), but when payment for the purchase has been made. If payment has already been made, we will inform you by email that the order has been cancelled. We undertake to refund you within 30 days of the payment being received in our bank account.

7. Everything you need to know about jewelry sizes

To ensure that you are fully satisfied with your item of jewelry, it is essential that you choose the correct ring, bracelet or necklace size. (You can see and print the dimensions here).

8. How long is my cart valid for?

When an item is placed in your cart, it is no longer available to other members. If you do not update your cart within 60 minutes, the items will once again become available for sale to other members.

9. Is is possible to place an order by telephone?

Yes, you can call for Switzerland Tel.+41(0)21 728 11 02 ,we are at your disposal from 9 AM till 7 PM from monday to saturday. 

10. Who can sell on

For the moment, only second hand luxury shops and professionals in Switzerland, in Liechtenstein, and countries of EU, who are members of, can sell their goods on the site.

11. Which payment methods are accepted?

We only accept payments for amounts up to CHF 3000 (€2900) by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) PostFinance Card(only for Swiss residents) and PayPal. The payment is only debited from your card when the order is confirmed.

Payment by bank transfer only possible and mandatory for amounts of and above CHF 3000 / €2900.

12. PayPal

PayPal allows you to pay without entering your bank details. Simply use your email address and your PayPal password.

13. Is it dangerous to use my credit card online on this site? takes your online privacy and security very seriously. We use a secure online payment gateway which encrypts and stores your card's data and enables your personal and bank data to be transferred through our systems. All orders are processed by our secure payment system.

14. What happens when my payment is received?

As soon as your payment is received, your order undergoes validation by our services. The validation of your order automatically triggers the preparation process by keeps the sum constituting your payment to the store for 7 days, which corresponds to the period within which any unsuitable item must be returned.

15. Prices

Four categories: leather goods, accessories, watches and jewelry.
The prices of the items displayed are determined by the shops, with regard to their condition, in Swiss Francs and in euros (including VAT).

16. Delivery

Our commitment! is committed to offering an excellent service and to ensuring you are given complete satisfaction.
Any order placed in the morning before 12 AM is dispatched the following day (subject to validation of the payment) in Switzerland, to Europe and across the world. We take great care in the packing of the products to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
All orders are shipped and insured by the Swiss Post and by approved carriers.

17. To which countries does deliver? delivers in Switzerland, Europe and across the world.

18. What are the delivery lead times?

The items ordered are shipped to the delivery address chosen by the customer at the time of the sale. The delivery times run from the dispatch of your parcel unless otherwise stated at the time the order is placed. All shipments are made in:

  • 1 to 3 days in Switzerland,
  • 2 to 6 days in Europe,
  • between 3 and 6 days to other countries independently of the zone. will inform the customer of any delay in the delivery, but is not required to pay any compensation in the event of a delay.

19. Delivery charges

  • 9 CHF, for the whole of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. FREE delivery as from 150 CHF of purchase for Switzerland, and for Europe as from 300€.

All orders are shipped by the Swiss postal service or by approved carriers.

The delivery charges are given when the order is validated and are subject to the customer's approval.

20. Import Taxes and Duties - Insurance

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

LUXERIES insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by LUXERIES and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

21. Warranty policy in the event of defects; right of return

The customer can, at his or her own expense, return the order within 7 working days of the date of reception of the goods, on condition of having beforehand, within 2 working days, requested a return authorisation by following the instructions in the "My account" section of the website. Login to your account, under "my orders" and select the item you want to return. will accept the return of the goods and provide a refund, in the event of any defects, which cannot be attributed to the customer and in case the product description does not match with the description on the website. The purchased item must however be returned by registered mail within 7 working days (post mark being proof thereof) with the invoice and in its original packaging to the following address:
